here’s what we’re looking for
• Must be 16 years of age
• $10-$15 per hour (plus tips) based on experience.
• Must be available nights & weekends
• We expect reliable and timely – you’re the kind of person that, when you say you’ll be somewhere, you show up!
• Must be willing to understand the allergy sensitive side of the business and be able to converse with customers about it. It’s a huge part of what we do
• Being able to hold a convo with someone you’ve never met is essential. Especially the kiddos. Yes, we scoop ice cream but the experience we want to create is more than that.
• Ice cream is inherently joyful and it’s often an escape for people. Wanting to bring more joy into someone’s day is essential. We get to do that and it’s pretty special.
